Terms, in plain language.

1. What EverywhereTrade is

EverywhereTrade is a free file converter that runs entirely in your browser. Files you convert are processed on your device by code running in the tab - they are never uploaded to us, and we never see, store, or have access to them.

2. Your files stay yours

You keep every right to every file you convert. Because conversion happens on your device, you are responsible for the files you choose to convert - do not use EverywhereTrade for anything illegal in your jurisdiction.

3. Free tier and Pro

The converter is free, with no accounts and no conversion limits. A paid Pro plan with extras like batch conversion may be offered later; if it is, it will be billed through a merchant of record and you will be able to cancel anytime.

4. No warranty

EverywhereTrade is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make conversions accurate, but keep your original files - we are not responsible for data loss, corrupted output, or how converted files are used. Browser-based conversion depends on your device; very large files may exceed your device’s memory.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape, or overload the service, do not misrepresent it as your own, and do not use it to process content you have no right to process.

6. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

7. Contact

No support email is available for questions about these terms yet. The contact page lists a contact address if one becomes available.

AI voice tools (text-to-speech)

When you use a voice powered by the Supertonic 3 model (currently the Hindi voices on our text-to-speech tool), that voice runs on a model made by Supertone and licensed under the BigScience OpenRAIL-M license (full text: https://huggingface.co/Supertone/supertonic-3/blob/main/LICENSE). We serve an int8-quantized build of that model packaged by the k2-fsa sherpa-onnx project (https://github.com/k2-fsa/sherpa-onnx). The model license - not our general terms - sets the rules below, and it requires us to pass them on to you as an enforceable condition of using that model and the audio it generates. These rules apply to your use of the Supertonic-powered voices and their output; they do not apply to other voices or tools on this site.

Supertone claims no rights in the audio you generate with the model. You are accountable for the audio you generate and how you use it, and you may not use the model or its output in violation of the license.

By using a Supertonic-powered voice, you agree not to use the model or its derivatives (quoting the license's Attachment A):

1. In any way that violates any applicable national, federal, state, local or international law or regulation;
2. For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way;
3. To generate or disseminate verifiably false information and/or content with the purpose of harming others;
4. To generate or disseminate personal identifiable information that can be used to harm an individual;
5. To generate or disseminate information and/or content (e.g. images, code, posts, articles), and place the information and/or content in any context (e.g. bot generating tweets) without expressly and intelligibly disclaiming that the information and/or content is machine generated;
6. To defame, disparage or otherwise harass others;
7. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate (e.g. deepfakes) others without their consent;
8. For fully automated decision making that adversely impacts an individual's legal rights or otherwise creates or modifies a binding, enforceable obligation;
9. For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against or harming individuals or groups based on online or offline social behavior or known or predicted personal or personality characteristics;
10. To exploit any of the vulnerabilities of a specific group of persons based on their age, social, physical or mental characteristics, in order to materially distort the behavior of a person pertaining to that group in a manner that causes or is likely to cause that person or another person physical or psychological harm;
11. For any use intended to or which has the effect of discriminating against individuals or groups based on legally protected characteristics or categories;
12. To provide medical advice and medical results interpretation;
13. To generate or disseminate information for the purpose to be used for administration of justice, law enforcement, immigration or asylum processes, such as predicting an individual will commit fraud/crime commitment (e.g. by text profiling, drawing causal relationships between assertions made in documents, indiscriminate and arbitrarily-targeted use).
