Pricing questions
Why is there no conversion cap?+
Because conversion runs on your device, every conversion costs us nothing. Server-based converters pay per conversion, so they cap you. We don't, so we don't.
Will Pro see my files?+
No. When Pro launches, conversions will still run in your browser, and history and presets will live in local storage on your device. The only thing that will ever touch a server is the payment itself.
Can I get a refund?+
Pro is not on sale yet, so nobody has been charged anything. When it launches: 14-day refunds, no questions, no retention script.
