Email signature generator

Build a professional email signature and paste it straight into Gmail or Outlook.

Photo (optional):
Type your name to see the signature preview.
How to use: copy the signature, open your email app's signature settings, and paste. In Gmail: Settings - See all settings - General - Signature. In Outlook: Settings - Accounts - Signatures.
Testing status: preview, copy, download, mailto/tel links and photo embedding are tested in Chrome. Paste-rendering inside real Gmail and Outlook accounts is NOT yet tested - the signature uses standard email-safe tables, but glance at it once after your first paste.
Runs on your device - nothing is uploaded.
HOW IT WORKS
1

Fill in your details

Name, role, contact links and an optional photo. Everything renders live as you type - no account, no upload.

2

Tune the look

Pick an accent color, font and photo layout. The preview is real table-based HTML, the kind email clients actually render.

3

Copy and paste

One click copies the formatted signature. Paste it into Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail signature settings. The layout uses email-safe tables, but check it once after your first paste - this paste path is not yet tested inside real accounts.

Built with email-safe HTML, not a picture

Many generators hand you an image of a signature - pretty, but the text cannot be selected, links break, and spam filters dislike it. This tool builds the signature from old-school HTML tables with inline styles, which is what Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail render most reliably. Your name stays real text, your phone and email stay tappable, and the layout survives forwarding.

What it will not do

  • Push the signature into your email account for you - you paste it yourself in settings. There is no account connection, by design.
  • Manage signatures for a whole company or team. This makes one person's signature at a time.
  • Guarantee identical rendering in every email app. Old Outlook desktop uses Word's renderer and may space things slightly differently.
  • Host your photo on the internet. An uploaded photo is embedded in the signature; some apps (Gmail web) strip embedded images when pasting - if yours disappears, use the No photo layout or paste an image URL into your email app directly.

Questions

Where do I paste it in Gmail?+
Gmail on the web: Settings (gear) - See all settings - General - scroll to Signature - create a signature and paste. Use "Copy signature" (not the HTML code) for Gmail.
Where do I paste it in Outlook?+
Outlook on the web: Settings - Accounts - Signatures, then paste. New Outlook for Windows: Settings - Accounts - Signatures. Classic Outlook: File - Options - Mail - Signatures.
Why did my photo vanish in Gmail?+
Gmail's web editor strips images that are embedded as data in pasted HTML. If that happens, choose the No photo layout, or in Gmail's signature editor use its own Insert image button with a hosted image link.
Is my information uploaded anywhere?+
No. The signature is generated in your browser tab. Your details and photo never leave your device.
Can I use this for my whole team?+
You can make signatures one by one and share the .html file, but there is no central dashboard - this tool is for individuals.
